Nutrition Support While You’re on GLP-1 Medications (Ozempic, Wegovy & Similar)
If you’re using a GLP-1 medication as part of your weight management plan, what you eat still matters. Our Accredited Practising Dietitians support you alongside your prescribing doctor — helping you get enough of the right nutrients as your appetite changes, and using regular InBody body composition scans to track your muscle mass, fat mass and hydration as your body changes. Progress here is about more than the number on the scale.
What this support includes:
- ✓ Nutrition guidance tailored to appetite and side-effect changes common with GLP-1 medications
- ✓ Regular InBody Scans to monitor muscle mass alongside weight change
- ✓ Support to maintain adequate protein and micronutrient intake
- ✓ Coordination with your prescribing GP where helpful
Please note: this service complements your medical care — it isn’t a substitute for it. Any changes to your prescription should always go through your GP or specialist.
