EPC – Medicare and Insurance FAQ
One Free Inbody scan is included with the initial consultation. Moving forward, follow up sessions do not include Inbody scans, but can be added separately.
An out of pocket $94 fee applies for the initial 60-minute consultation (Includes Inbody Scan). Nevertheless, follow up consultations are bulk billed with optional Inbody Scan at $39 if needed.
Your consultation may be covered by private insurance, please review your insurance cover. We will provide You with an invoice and you can submit to your insurance company for claiming the amount.
We can issue an invoice with the dates of your appointments to submit to your insurance company for claiming. The amount you can claim will depends on your level of coverage.

Yes, an upfront payment is required, this will allow your dietitian to start working on your bespoke program.
Yes, be ready to engage and commit. The program ends after 13 weeks from the first consultation.
Unfortunately, no. Please feel free to discuss your concerns with the dietitian before committing, as packages and programs require a lot of preparation and efforts.
No, there is no expiry date for packages
Yes, we do provide a NDIS report upon request.

Yes! We only accept DVA Veteran Gold cards as payment with a DVA D904 referral from your GP
InBody Scan FAQ
– Do not eat or drink in 1 to 2 hours before your scan appointment
– Do not exercise 1 to 2 hours before your scan
– Avoid showering before the scan
– Wear light clothes and try to wear the same or similar clothes for all future scan appointments
– Use the bathroom before your scan
– NOT suitable for pregnant women, or any candidate with pacemaker or similar electronic implanted device
The scan is completed in 60 seconds. However, the scan appointment is 10 min as it includes explanation of your result.
No, there is no expiry date for the scan package.
