Meet Gemmah
Gemmah is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) based in Melbourne. She believes good nutrition advice should always be backed by evidence, not trends. Her goal is to help people live healthier, happier lives through food and nutrition.
Gemmah knows first-hand how confusing nutrition can feel. She’s navigated that overwhelm herself, and now she’s here to make it easier for her clients through honest, judgement-free conversations.
Experience
Gemmah completed her Master of Dietetics at Deakin University. She has worked in both hospital and community dietetics settings, giving her a strong clinical foundation. She has also completed further training in women’s health, gut health, malnutrition and eating disorders, which allows her to bring a broad and adaptable skill set to every client she sees.
Beyond clinical practice, Gemmah has worked in the Australian food industry and in nutrition marketing. This experience gave her a front-row seat to how companies sell food and nutrition products. She now uses that insider knowledge to help her clients see past the marketing and make food choices that are genuinely well-informed.
